Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cooked tapioca pearls (boba)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar syrup
  • ¾ cup brewed black tea, cooled
  • ¼ cup whole milk (or cream)
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

    Pour brown sugar syrup into the bottom of a tall glass, then add the cooked tapioca pearls.

    Pour cooled black tea over the pearls, then pour in the milk.

    Add ice cubes and stir until the syrup is evenly distributed throughout.

    Serve immediately with a wide boba straw.
