Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 4 tbsp butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. On a lightly floured surface, roll the 1 lb pizza dough into a 12x10 inch rectangle.
- 2
Melt the 4 tbsp butter and brush most of it over the dough, reserving 1 tbsp. Sprinkle the 0.5 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon, and 0.5 cup chopped walnuts evenly over the butter.
- 3
Roll the dough tightly from a long side into a log. Slice the log in half lengthwise and twist the two halves together, keeping the cut sides up.
- 4
Shape the twisted dough into a wreath on a parchment-lined baking sheet, pinching the ends together. Brush with the reserved 1 tbsp melted butter.
- 5
Bake until golden brown and puffed, 20-25 minutes. While warm, brush with the 2 tbsp honey and dust with powdered sugar.
