- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 lb fresh strawberries

Heat 2 inches of neutral oil in a deep skillet to 375°F. Mix cinnamon and sugar on a plate.

Stir flour and 1 cup water until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.

Pipe 5-inch churros directly into hot oil, frying 4–5 at a time, 90 seconds per side until deep golden.

Remove churros with a slotted spoon. Toss immediately in cinnamon-sugar mix while still hot.

Heat chocolate and cream together in a microwave (30-second bursts, stirring between) until glossy.
