Ingredients
- 1 9 inch pre-made pie crust
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chocolate shavings

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the 1 pre-made pie crust in a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork. Bake until lightly golden, about 12 minutes. Let cool slightly.

In a small saucepan, heat the 1 cup heavy cream and 2 tbsp sugar over medium until steaming, about 3 minutes. Do not boil.

Remove from heat and add the 200 g dark chocolate and 2 tbsp butter. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the baked crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Sprinkle the 2 tbsp chocolate shavings over the top. Let set at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or chilled.
