Ingredients

  • 1 9 inch pre-made pie crust
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Press the 1 pre-made pie crust into a 9 inch tart pan, trimming edges. Prick bottom with fork and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.

  2. 2

  3. 3

Pour the chocolate filling into the baked crust, spreading evenly. Sprinkle 0.5 cup sliced almonds over the top.

  4. 4

Bake for 8-10 minutes until filling is set but slightly jiggly in center. Cool on a rack for 10 minutes before slicing.

  5. 5
