- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp red sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, beat 4 eggs and 1/2 cup sugar with an electric mixer until thick and pale, about 5 minutes.

Sift in 1/2 cup flour, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, and 1 tsp baking powder. Fold gently until just combined.

Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake until the cake springs back when touched, about 10-12 minutes.
