Ingredients

  • 8 oz store-bought chocolate cake, pre-sliced or torn into chunks
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 6 pieces chocolate truffles, halved
  • ¼ cup hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

    Whip cold heavy cream with cocoa powder and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, ~2 minutes.

    Layer cake chunks and chocolate mousse in a tall glass or bowl, starting with cake.
