Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry sheets
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Roll out the 1 puff pastry sheet to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into 3 equal rectangles. Prick with a fork.

Bake the pastry rectangles on a baking sheet until puffed and golden, about 15 minutes. Let cool completely.

In a small saucepan, heat 100ml heavy cream until steaming. Remove from heat, add 100g dark chocolate, and stir until smooth.

Spread a layer of chocolate sauce on one pastry rectangle, top with another, repeat, and finish with the third. Dust with 2 tbsp powdered sugar.

Drizzle with remaining chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
