- 4 oz dark chocolate
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup salted caramel sauce

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease two 6-oz ramekins with butter or nonstick spray.

Melt 4 oz dark chocolate and 4 tbsp butter together in a microwave or over a double boiler until smooth, about 1 minute.

Whisk 2 eggs and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl until pale and frothy, about 2 minutes. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and 2 tbsp flour until just combined.

Divide batter between ramekins. Spoon 2 tbsp salted caramel sauce into the center of each, pushing it down slightly. Bake until edges are set but centers are soft, 10-12 minutes.

Let cool 1 minute, then run a knife around the edge and invert onto plates. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve immediately.
