Ingredients

  • 12 cookies chocolate cookies (Oreos or similar)
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs

Instructions

    Crush cookies finely in a food processor or bag, then mix with melted butter until combined.

    Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a serving bowl or individual glasses.

    Heat cream in a microwave until steaming, about 90 seconds. Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit 30 seconds.

    Stir until smooth and glossy, then whisk in cocoa powder and powdered sugar until no lumps remain.

    Spoon mousse over crust, smooth the top, and scatter cacao nibs across.
