Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, lightly packed
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 whole garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Roughly chop the parsley and peel the garlic cloves.

    Add parsley, garlic, vinegar, and olive oil to a bowl or food processor.

    Stir with a whisk until well combined but still textured, or pulse 3-4 times if using a food processor.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let sit 5 minutes for flavors to meld.
