- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
- 1 sheet nori sheets
- 1 cup crackers or potato chips

Drain the 14 oz silken tofu and pat dry with paper towels. Place it on a serving plate and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes while you prep the toppings.
