Ingredients

  • 14 oz silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste
  • 1 sheet nori sheets
  • 1 cup crackers or potato chips
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1

Drain the 14 oz silken tofu and pat dry with paper towels. Place it on a serving plate and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes while you prep the toppings.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, mix the 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp wasabi paste until smooth. Adjust wasabi to taste if you prefer it milder or spicier.

  3. 3

Cut the 1 nori sheet into thin strips using scissors. Sprinkle the nori strips and 1 tsp sesame seeds over the chilled tofu.

  4. 4

Drizzle the soy-wasabi sauce evenly over the tofu. Top with the 1 cup crackers or chips just before serving so they stay crunchy.
