Ingredients

- 3 whole Thai bird's-eye chilies (or serrano), sliced thin
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp brown sugar
- 8 leaves butter lettuce or romaine leaves, whole
