Ingredients

  • 1 whole (shredded) rotisserie chicken
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 8 count refrigerated biscuits
  • 16 oz frozen mashed potatoes
  • 8 oz frozen mixed vegetables (green beans, carrots, peas)

Instructions

    Heat butter in a large skillet over medium. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute until smooth and light brown.
