Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 12 oz chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning packet
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

    Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, about 9 minutes. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.

    Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, ~5 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel.

    In the same skillet, add chicken and cook over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through, ~6 minutes.

    Pour in cream and stir in ranch seasoning until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring often, ~2 minutes.

    Add cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, and parmesan to the skillet. Toss gently, adding pasta water until creamy.

    Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
