Ingredients

- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 whole lime (zested and juiced)
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 8 oz fresh rice noodles (or dried, cooked)
- 1 cup fresh herbs (cilantro, mint, Thai basil), chopped
- 1 whole cucumber, thinly sliced
