Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- 2 medium bell peppers (red or yellow), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into quarters
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 whole lemon (juiced + zested)
- 1.5 tsp paprika and cayenne pepper, mixed
