Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
  • 2 medium bell peppers (red or yellow), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced + zested)
  • 1.5 tsp paprika and cayenne pepper, mixed

Instructions

    Thread beef, peppers, onion, and tomatoes onto 4 metal skewers, alternating pieces evenly.

    Toss skewers with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne until coated on all sides.

    Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high until a drop of water sizzles immediately on contact.

    Grill skewers 10–12 minutes, rotating every 2–3 minutes, until beef is charred and cooked medium.

    Whisk tahini with lemon juice, lemon zest, 2 tbsp water, salt, and garlic until pourable and creamy.

    Slide skewers onto a plate and drizzle generously with tahini sauce. Serve hot.
