Ingredients

- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 whole egg yolk
- 4 whole brioche or milk bread rolls (or burger buns)
- 1 cup char siu (Chinese BBQ pork) or rotisserie pork, chopped
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce or oyster sauce

Mix flour, sugar, softened butter, and egg yolk in a bowl until a dough forms. Knead 1 minute until smooth.

Divide pineapple dough into 4 balls. Flatten each and press onto the top of a brioche roll, stretching gently.
