- 1 cup cendol (green jelly strips)
- 2 cups shaved ice
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup palm sugar (or brown sugar)
- ¼ cup water
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine the 1/4 cup palm sugar and 1/4 cup water. Heat over medium, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Place the 2 cups shaved ice in a serving bowl or glass.

Arrange the 1 cup cendol jelly strips over the ice.

Pour the 1/2 cup coconut milk evenly over the cendol and ice.
