Ingredients

  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pounds flank steak or skirt steak
  • 12 tortillas corn tortillas
  • ½ onion white onion, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 for serving lime wedges

Instructions

    Combine lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, oregano, black pepper, and salt in a bowl to make the marinade.

    Place the flank steak in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Ensure the meat is fully coated.

    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.

    Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

    Remove the steak from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Discard excess marinade.
