Ingredients
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 2 sheets nori sheets
- 1 medium avocado
- 4 sticks imitation crab sticks
- 2 tbsp tobiko
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar

Cook the 1 cup sushi rice according to package, then while warm, fold in the 2 tbsp rice vinegar and let cool to room temperature.

Slice the 1 avocado into thin strips and shred the 4 crab sticks into bite-size pieces.

Lay 1 nori sheet on a flat surface, spread half the rice evenly over it, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
