Ingredients

  • 1 shot (1 oz) espresso (or strong brewed coffee)
  • 8 oz whole milk
  • ½ tsp honey or sugar

Instructions

    Pull 1 oz espresso into a 12 oz cup, or brew 1 oz strong hot coffee.

    Heat milk to 150–155°F in a milk frother, or heat in a small saucepan until steaming (do not boil).

    Pour hot milk into the espresso, holding back foam with a spoon. Fill to 1 inch from rim.

    Top with a thin layer of milk foam. Stir in honey if desired and serve immediately.
