Ingredients

  • 8 oz whole milk
  • ½ tsp (optional) honey or sugar
  • 1 piece pastry (croissant, biscotti, or cornetto)

Instructions

    Pull one shot of espresso into a ceramic cup or mug.

    Steam 8 oz of whole milk with a steam wand until it reaches 150°F and froths slightly.

    Pour the steamed milk into the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon.
