- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- 1.5 cups mixed berries and figs, for topping

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10-cup bundt pan with butter or nonstick spray.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the 2 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt.

In a large bowl, beat the 1/2 cup softened butter and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

Add the 2 eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in the 3/4 cup milk until just combined.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just moistened; do not overmix.
