  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 whole brioche burger buns
  • 4 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 2 leaves crisp lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices tomato slices

    Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to 0.5-inch thickness using a meat mallet.

    Combine flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.

    Heat oil in a 12-inch cast iron skillet to 350°F, measured with an instant-read thermometer.

    Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, shaking off excess, then carefully place in hot oil.

    Fry for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

    Transfer chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain briefly.

    Melt butter in a small saucepan, add minced garlic, then stir in buffalo sauce and warm through for 1 minute.
