Ingredients

  • 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup dried fruit mix (raisins, cranberries, apricots)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. On a floured surface, roll the 1 lb pizza dough into a 12x8-inch rectangle.

  2. 2

Brush the dough with 1 tbsp melted butter, then sprinkle with 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 cup dried fruit, leaving a 1-inch border.

  3. 3

Cut the dough into 3 long strips, then braid the strips together, pinching the ends to seal. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. 4

Brush the braid with the remaining 1 tbsp melted butter and bake until golden brown and puffed, about 15-18 minutes.

  5. 5

Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
