Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast
- ½ lb ground pork
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 cup fried dough

Cook the 8 oz rice noodles in boiling water until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a pot, bring 6 cups water to a boil. Add 1 lb chicken breast and 0.5 lb ground pork, breaking up the pork. Simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Stir in 3 tbsp soy sauce. Add the cooked noodles and 2 cups bean sprouts, cooking until sprouts are just tender, about 2 minutes.

Slice the chicken and serve the soup in bowls. Top with crispy fried dough and optional chili oil or cilantro if you have them.
