- 1 loaf round sourdough loaf
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 oz blue cheese crumbles
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp chives
- ½ tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut a circle in the top of the 1 sourdough loaf, about 4 inches wide, and pull out the bread inside to make a bowl. Tear the removed bread into chunks for dipping.

In a bowl, mix 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, 4 oz of the blue cheese, 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 tbsp chopped chives, and 0.5 tsp black pepper until well combined.

Spoon the mixture into the bread bowl and place it on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the remaining 2 oz blue cheese on top.
