Ingredients
- 8 oz black pudding
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp caviar
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Slice the 8 oz black pudding into 1/2 inch rounds. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the black pudding slices until crisp and browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.

In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp mayonnaise with 1 tsp sriracha to make the red sauce. Set aside.

Halve and pit the avocado, then scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with 0.25 tsp salt and 0.25 tsp black pepper until chunky.
