Ingredients

  • 1 package (about 1 lb) puff pastry sheets
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch round baking dish with a little of the melted butter.

  2. 2

Brush one pastry sheet with melted butter, sprinkle with 1 tbsp sugar, and place in the dish. Repeat with remaining sheets, stacking them and brushing each with butter and sugar.

  3. 3

Cut the stacked pastry into 8 wedges using a sharp knife. Bake until golden and puffed, about 20 minutes.

  4. 4

In a small bowl, mix the honey and 2 tbsp water. Drizzle over the hot pastry and let it soak in for 5 minutes before serving.
