Ingredients

  • 300 g Ground lamb
  • 1.5 tbsp Fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 whole Green chili, minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ medium Onion, finely minced
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • ¼ tsp Cumin powder

Instructions

    Place ground lamb in a mixing bowl.

    Add minced ginger, green chili, cilantro, and onion to the bowl.

    Sprinkle garam masala and cumin powder over the mixture.

    Mix everything gently with your hands until just combined.

    Divide mixture into 4 equal portions.

    Shape each portion into a flat oval patty about 3 inches long.

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.

    Once oil shimmers, carefully place kebabs in the skillet.

    Cook for 4–5 minutes without moving them.

    Flip each kebab carefully using a spatula.

    Cook the second side for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.

    Transfer kebabs to a plate lined with paper towels.
