Ingredients
- ½ lb ground lamb
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1.5 tsp garam masala
- ¾ tsp chili powder
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Combine lamb, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, chili powder, cilantro, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Mix until just combined.

Divide mixture into 4 equal portions. Mold each onto a metal skewer, pressing firmly into an elongated log about 4 inches long.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 60 seconds.

Add skewers to skillet without moving them for 3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.

Rotate each skewer and cook 2–3 minutes more until cooked through and browned on all sides.

Slide kebabs onto a plate. Serve with lemon wedges and mint chutney.
