Ingredients
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup mirin
- ¼ cup sake or dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1.5 pounds beef sirloin or flank steak
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 3 stalks green onions, sliced
