- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 15 oz canned diced tomatoes
- 2 cups instant rice
- 2 cups frozen french fries

Season the 1 lb beef stew meat with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pot over medium-high and brown the beef on all sides, about 5 minutes.
