Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 4 stalks green onions
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Cut the 1 lb beef sirloin into 1-inch cubes and thread onto wooden skewers, about 4-5 pieces per skewer.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, mix the 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Brush the mixture over the beef skewers.

  3. 3

Heat the 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the skewers and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes total, turning occasionally.

  4. 4

Sprinkle the 2 tbsp sesame seeds over the skewers and cook for 1 more minute until fragrant.

  5. 5

Slice the 4 green onions thinly and scatter over the skewers before serving.
