Ingredients

  • 4 oz crispy chow mein noodles (or ramen, crisped)
  • 6 oz beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • 1.5 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat 2 tbsp neutral oil in a 12-inch skillet over high heat until shimmering, ~1 minute.

  2. 2

Add beef slices in a single layer, sear without stirring 90 seconds per side until edges brown. Transfer to a plate.

  3. 3

Add shrimp to the same skillet, cook 90 seconds per side until pink and firm. Return beef to the pan.

  4. 4

Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry 3 minutes until vegetables soften but stay snappy.

  5. 5

Add crispy noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together for 2 minutes until coated and heated through.

  6. 6

Serve hot straight from the skillet or divide between bowls.
