Ingredients
- ½ lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 6 cups fresh spinach
- 4 cups beef broth
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

In a pot, heat 1 tsp sesame oil over medium. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 2 sliced green onions, cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add 4 cups beef broth and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add 0.5 lb thinly sliced beef to the broth. Cook until beef is just pink no more, about 2-3 minutes.

Stir in 6 cups fresh spinach. Cook until wilted, about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
