Ingredients

  • 2 cups digestive biscuits (or graham crackers), crushed
  • 4 oz butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) dulce de leche
  • 3 whole ripe bananas
  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

    Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter in a bowl until resembles wet sand.

    Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish, covering bottom and sides evenly.

    Spread dulce de leche over the crust in an even layer, about 1/2 inch thick.

    Slice bananas into 1/4-inch rounds and layer over dulce de leche.

    Whip cold cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks, about 2 minutes.

    Dollop whipped cream over bananas or spread evenly across the top.
