Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- ¼ cup, chopped fresh parsley or cilantro

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix 1 lb ground beef, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1/2 tsp salt. Form into 1.5-inch meatballs.

Place meatballs on the prepared sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until browned and cooked through (internal temp 160°F).

While meatballs bake, whisk together 1/4 cup tahini, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 minced garlic clove, and 2-3 tbsp water until smooth. Season with salt.
