Ingredients

  • 1 lb ham steak
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the 1 lb ham steak in a baking dish and season with 1/2 tsp salt.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup orange marmalade, and 1 tbsp Dijon mustard until smooth.

  3. 3

Pour the glaze over the ham, turning to coat. Bake for 15 minutes, basting once halfway, until the ham is heated through and the glaze is bubbling.

  4. 4

Transfer the ham to a platter and spoon the pan juices over the top. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp chopped chives and serve with orange slices if desired.

  5. 5

Let rest for 2 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
