Ingredients
- 1 lb ham steak
- ½ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup orange marmalade
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp fresh chives
- ½ tsp salt

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the 1 lb ham steak in a baking dish and season with 1/2 tsp salt.

In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup orange marmalade, and 1 tbsp Dijon mustard until smooth.

Pour the glaze over the ham, turning to coat. Bake for 15 minutes, basting once halfway, until the ham is heated through and the glaze is bubbling.
