- 1 tail lobster tail
- 1 whole lemon
- ¼ cup fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill)
- 2 medium zucchini

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut the 2 zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer or julienne peeler, then set aside.

Zest the 1 lemon and chop the 0.25 cup fresh herbs. Place the 2 fish fillets and 1 lobster tail on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
