- 12 slices bacon slices
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1
Cut the 1.5 lb pork tenderloin into 1-inch cubes. Wrap each cube with a slice of the 12 bacon slices, tucking the ends underneath.

In a bowl, toss the wrapped pork with the 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp dried thyme, 0.5 tsp salt, and 0.25 tsp black pepper until evenly coated.

Thread the wrapped pork onto skewers, leaving a small gap between pieces. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
