Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb frozen french fries
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce
  • ½ medium red onion
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup guacamole

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread the 1.5 lb frozen fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake until golden and crispy, about 25-30 minutes, shaking halfway.

  2. 2

While fries bake, cook the 8 bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crisp, about 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels, then chop into bite-size pieces.

  3. 3

When fries are done, sprinkle the 1 cup shredded cheddar over the hot fries. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.

  4. 4

Top fries with the chopped bacon, 2 cups shredded lettuce, and 0.5 sliced red onion.

  5. 5

Drizzle with 0.25 cup mayonnaise and 0.25 cup ketchup. Add dollops of 0.5 cup guacamole. Serve immediately.

  6. 6

Optional: add a sprinkle of black pepper or hot sauce for extra kick.
