- 1.5 lb frozen french fries
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- ½ medium red onion
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ½ cup guacamole

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread the 1.5 lb frozen fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake until golden and crispy, about 25-30 minutes, shaking halfway.

While fries bake, cook the 8 bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crisp, about 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels, then chop into bite-size pieces.
