Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 8 oz pork
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions

Cut the 4 bacon slices into 1-inch pieces and slice the 1 medium onion. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the bacon pieces. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove the crispy bacon with a slotted spoon, leaving the rendered fat in the skillet. Add the 1 tbsp vegetable oil and the sliced onion. Cook over medium heat until the onion is soft and golden, about 5 minutes.
