- 3 medium apples
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup flour
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 375°F. Press the 1 pie crust into a 9 inch tart pan, trimming edges. Chill while preparing filling.

Peel and slice the 3 apples into thin wedges. Toss with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour, and 4 tbsp cold butter with your fingers until crumbly.
