Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz amaretto liqueur
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp canned aquafaba (chickpea brine)
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 set maraschino cherry + orange slice

Instructions

    Pour amaretto, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

    Shake vigorously for 10 seconds until ice-cold and diluted.

    Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

    In a separate small bowl, whisk aquafaba with an electric mixer on high until stiff peaks form, ~3 minutes.

    Top the drink with a generous spoonful of aquafaba foam.

    Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a thin orange slice. Serve immediately.
