  • 1 package (about 14 oz) acorn jelly blocks
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 stalk green onion

    Slice the 1 package acorn jelly into 1/2 inch thick pieces and arrange on a serving plate.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, and 1 tsp sesame oil until the sugar dissolves.
