Ingredients

  • 1 piece pre-baked tart shell (4-inch or 6-inch)
  • ¾ cup lemon curd
  • 2 whole egg whites
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ⅛ tsp cream of tartar

Instructions
