Ingredients
- 1 whole cake (8–10 oz baked) store-bought cake (chocolate or vanilla)
- ½ cup frosting (canned or homemade)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening
- ½ cup sprinkles (rainbow, pearl, or nonpareils)
- 12 sticks cake pop sticks or lollipop sticks
- 1 sheet parchment paper
- 1 bowl microwave-safe bowl

Crumble the cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl. You should have about 3 cups loosely packed.
