25-Min Marzipan Almond Cake
A ridiculously easy two-ingredient almond cake that bakes in under 20 minutes. Marzipan does the heavy lifting—it's basically almond flour and sugar already mixed, so you just need eggs to bind it into a tender, nutty cake.
